Persistent Data Security

Built by GuardWare.

Building a Future Where Data Can Protect Itself.

GuardWare was founded in Australia with a bold vision: to change the way the world protects data.

We believe the traditional approach to cybersecurity is no longer enough.

Data no longer stays inside the network. It moves constantly between people, devices, applications, cloud platforms, partners, suppliers and increasingly AI systems. It crosses organisational and national boundaries in seconds.

Yet much of cybersecurity is still built around protecting the places where data lives, rather than protecting the data itself.

We believe the future is different.

Our vision is a world where sensitive information can remain protected wherever it travels — where organisations can understand their data, see how it is being used and maintain control even after that information leaves their environment.

Ultimately, we believe data should be able to protect itself.

That vision is what drives GuardWare.

Built by People Who Want to Solve Hard Problems

GuardWare is more than technology. It is a team of people united by a belief that some of the hardest problems in cybersecurity are still waiting to be solved.

Our teams bring together expertise across cybersecurity, software engineering, cryptography, data science, Defence, research, product development and enterprise technology.

We are builders, engineers, researchers and problem-solvers.

We challenge conventional thinking. We ask what happens when the perimeter disappears, when sensitive information is shared across hundreds of organisations, when AI changes how people interact with data, or when a highly valuable file ends up somewhere it was never intended to be.

Then we build technology to solve those problems.

From our engineering and research teams through to our customer, product and security teams, everyone at GuardWare contributes to the same mission.

Australian Innovation With Global Ambition

Give organisations greater visibility, control and confidence over their most important information.

GuardWare was founded and developed in Australia, but the challenge we are solving is global.

Governments, Defence organisations, financial institutions, critical infrastructure providers and enterprises around the world are confronting the same fundamental problem: sensitive information is becoming more distributed while the value of that information continues to increase.

Intellectual property, engineering designs, customer information, financial data and national-security information now move across increasingly complex digital ecosystems.

We believe protecting this information requires a new generation of data-centric security.

Our commitment to innovation includes ongoing research and development with leading Australian institutions, including UNSW through the Defence Trailblazer program, where GuardWare is helping advance technologies designed to protect sensitive information and valuable intellectual property beyond traditional security boundaries.

It reflects something deeply important to us: world-class cybersecurity technology can be built in Australia and taken to the world.

We want to protect the information itself.

The Future We Are Building

One Platform. One Mission.

Together, they support our broader vision of moving cybersecurity beyond simply protecting networks, applications and repositories.

The GuardWare platform brings together three capabilities around a single philosophy.
